Created in collaboration with Côtes de Provence wine estate Minuty, the special menu brings a taste of the French Riviera straight to your table. Pair three seasonally inspired courses with your choice of Château Minuty Rosé et Or, Minuty Blanc et Or and Château Minuty Rouge et Or.
Founded in 1936, Château Minuty is a 200-hectare wine estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Nestled between land and sea, Minuty is today one of the last Côtes de Provence estates where the grapes are harvested entirely by hand and vines are cultivated using sustainable methods.
