12 brand new delicious cocktails, each with their own unique story and passion behind them. The secret behind these creative new serves is a whole range of homemade infusions, shrubs and liqueurs handcrafted by the bar team.

MAYFIELD MARTINI
refreshing/fruity/fragrant
Inspired by the beautiful lavender fields near Banstead, Surrey, Liv has made a home made lavender infused syrup that is the hero of this serve. Flavours of blackberry, lychee, passionfruit and lime beautifully compliment the subtle hint of lavender coming through on the finish.
The new cocktail menu has launched in the restaurant bar now and the team can’t wait to welcome you.
