OXO retain their 3-star rating from The Sustainable Restaurant Association.

We have always taken the time to consider where our ingredients come from, how the food we serve to our customers is farmed and grown, and by no means least, how the food arrives on your plates.
As a result, we are proud to announce that we have retained our 3-star #FoodMadeGood Standard, the highest possible accolade given by @foodmadegood. Their team of sustainability auditors has evaluated our sustainable business practices, aligning with the three pillars of their Standard: sourcing, society and the environment.
We were highly commended on:
- Our cheese selection which is hand-curated by the Cheese Merchant, who buys specialty cheeses from dairy farms with biodiversity in their practices.
- Our purchasing manager and executive chef are actively engaged with our fish suppliers to ensure that the fish we serve is no lower than amber on the @goodfishguide. We are also hosting fish sustainability training for all team members, generously supported by one of our valued fish suppliers.
- We offer mental health support through @retail_trust and have designated mental health first aiders on the team.
- We actively engage with the community and, during lockdown, cooked over 10,000 meals for vulnerable members of the community. We continue to support charities in London that are working on this cause through our annual volunteer days.
